Site intelligence for nuclear builds

Make the first cut visible.

Nuclearer helps reactor vendors and developers answer the expensive question early: where should this reactor go?

01 / The vision

Turn a months-long siting question into a visible decision.

Why it was built: a map is not enough, and a shortlist is not enough. The useful product is the reasoning between the two.

THE QUESTION

Where to place which reactor?

Different hardware creates different siting answers. Cooling, footprint, logistics, and grid needs change the shape of a viable site.

THE PRODUCT

A cited first cut

Explore a region, choose a reactor, and see the fatal constraints before field-study money is committed.

THE STANDARD

Useful without pretending

This is screen-level intelligence. It is not a permit decision or a substitute for engineering, legal, or regulatory work.

The core idea: make uncertainty legible so the next decision is better.
02 / Try the screening loop

Pick a place. Pick a machine.

This small, self-contained demo shows the product logic. Change either input and the screening posture changes with it.

03 / What the build taught us

Good product ideas became better when the evidence had to survive contact with the interface.

Credibility is a feature

Citations, confidence levels, and explicit next studies belong beside the answer. They cannot be buried in a methodology page.

Hardware changes the story

A reactor picker is not decoration. It turns “find a site” into the more useful comparison: “fit this machine to this place.”

Curate the demo path

Vetted analyses make a presentation deterministic. Live reasoning can remain the fallback for exploration without making the main story fragile.

Show fatal flaws early

A statutory ban should stop the journey clearly. A confident-looking shortlist that hides a hard constraint is worse than no answer.

Make the next step concrete

“Needs more research” is not useful. Name the study: water rights, grid queue, hazards, entitlement, or emergency planning.

Visuals carry the argument

The globe, friction bars, verdicts, and future footprint rings make an abstract screening process discussable in a room.

“Same region. Completely different siting answer. That is the decision Nuclearer makes visual.”
